Is It Really this Easy to get Free Advertising?

By Nicole Dean

One of the best ways to get free advertising is to simply write articles and give them away.  It's a foreign concept to many in online business, but it's one of the best ways to get traffic, improve your search engine ranking and sell more products.

Why Should You Write Articles?

Newsletter and website owners are desperate for content.  As someone who owns websites and publishes several newsletters, I can vouch for this.  I regularly search article directories, looking for quality information that will help my readers.  And, every article I use from these resources gets published with the author's information and a link to their site.

Step 2 of the Nitro Blueprint System Reviewed

The ins and outs of Step 2 pertaining to the Nitro Blueprint System starts off by presenting the idea of creating a business strategy that Kevin Wilke likes to refer to as a "business map".  He stresses the importance of having fun when creating a business, as the more you get excited – the higher your level of motivation increases to the point where results are more likely to take place.  It's all about the approach when starting out in the business world – and staying motivated is key.

Wilke mentions that a great deal of vital components and steps regarding your business map will take nine to twelve months to fully implement.  It is significant to realize that you won't complete every step all at one time or be able to tackle everything you have listed when creating a plan for action and results.  Over time, you will start to see differences, but a lot of planning is required in order to make the transition much smoother.

How to Outsource Parts of your Internet Business

By Nicole Dean

One of my favorite topics to discuss is outsourcing.

You'd be amazed how thinking about outsourcing and where to begin outsourcing flummoxes everyone from the newest newbies to the seasoned gurus and everyone in between.

But why?  Why is it so very confusing  Most of us manage to outsource quite nicely in our day to day lives.

I oftentimes pose these questions to my coaching clients:

"When you go to a restaurant, do you head back into the kitchen and cook your own food?"  (That's just silly) and

"If your appendix burst right now, would you go online to find out how to remove it yourself?  (Please say "no")

Of course not.

But why do we think it's ok to do everything ourselves in out businesses?

4 Reasons Why I’m Promoting your Competition and Not You

By Nicole Dean

Today I'm sitting at my computer, about to launch a new site and I'm going through Clickbank, looking for potential affiliate programs to promote.  Not only am I considering personally promoting the products that I find but I may recommend that customers who purchase my PLR articles at EasyPLR.com promote them too.

Time and time again, I'm shaking my head, wondering if these internet marketers realize how many potential affiliates they are losing, as I click the rec "X" and go to the next product.  And, of course, this isn't only a problem with the products listed at places like Clickbank (and it certainly isn't a reflection of the quality of Clickbank itself).

“How to Stop Digital Thieves with CGI”

by Steve Humphrey

I'm going to assume you're serious about your business.  If you're not, I can't help you anyway.  You've gone as far as getting a real merchant account to accept credit payments online.

You know that this was neither easy nor cheap.  So does everyone else!  So, a merchant account shows that you've made a serious commitment to your business.  That's good for customer confidence, which is good for business.  So far so good…

Now there's the issue of selling stuff to people online.  Your order form leads them to feed their credit card info to a secure gateway, using software you bought or leased from (or through) your merchant account provider.  Finally, the transaction is approved or denied.

“How to Create Hypnotic Headlines”

By Joe Vitale

Dr Scott Lewis is a comedy-hypnotist performing at the Riviera Hotel every Monday night in Las Vegas.  He called me one day wanting a truly hypnotic ad to run in the local newspapers to pull in college students to his show.   I asked him to tell me what he already had in mind for the ad.  Here's what he told me:

"I'm thinking of using the headline 'Come do outrageous things at the Riviera next Monday night'.

What do you think?  Me, I didn't think it was a very hypnotic headline.

For one thing, it's not engaging.  It just sits there.  It's slightly active, in the sense that it says "come do outrageous things", but that's not enough to truly mesmerize busy readers of newspapers.  Not today.  And not college students.

How to Become a Content-Creating Machine

By Cindy Bidar

Wouldn't it be nice if there were a content production line running on your computer?  Just like in a factory, your blog posts would travel along an assembly line where a machine would insert an attention-grabbing title, opening paragraph, a few sub-headings and bullet points, and finish it off with a compelling call to action.  Simply push a button to create a quality article, upload to your blog and you're done in time to enjoy dinner with the kids.
